Onions + Garlic Immune Booster

Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 2-10 cloves of garlic minimum 3 is ideal
  • coconut or avocado or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder (or your favourite herb/herb blend

Instructions

  1. Slice onions and saute in a small amount of olive oil or coconut oil.
  2. Peel garlic and chop.
  3. Add ½ the garlic to the onions when they are translucent.
  4. Toss lightly and stir frequently to avoid burning the garlic.
  5. Add the Curry powder* if using and stir.
  6. Add the remaining garlic.Allow the garlic to heat through and remove the pan from the heat.
