Onions + Garlic Immune Booster

of garlic
minimum 3 is ideal

coconut or avocado or olive oil

curry powder (or your favourite herb/herb blend

Slice onions and saute in a small amount of olive oil or coconut oil.

Peel garlic and chop.

Add ½ the garlic to the onions when they are translucent.

Toss lightly and stir frequently to avoid burning the garlic.

Add the Curry powder* if using and stir.

Add the remaining garlic.Allow the garlic to heat through and remove the pan from the heat.
