I am a traditional herbalist in Toronto, where I work primarily with busy homemakers, professional women, business women and entrepreneurs.
I have worked with the Bach Flower Remedies for over 30 years as an adjunct to my herbal protocols. These amazing homeopathic style remedies help to balance emotional states in powerful ways.
Studio Botanica is an expression of my passion. I work with local women + via skype with women all over the world! Herbs CAN help! The designation R.H. means registered herbalist which is the recognition of professional status here in Ontario.
I am a past board member and current professional member of the Ontario Herbalists Association. My life combines of love of of travel & people & a passion for all things green. I love to write about both.
I have written for Vitality Magazine for many years as well as monthly articles for the two wonderful 'former' publications: the online Natural Herbal Living Magazine and the Home Herbalist Magazine.
When time permits, I have been a roving reporter' for the International Herb Association’s quarterly newsletter. I write a chapter each year in the IHA's “Herb of the Year” publications.

Every day we make so many choices -- good and bad. Life-enhancing and otherwise. Easy and hard. Much of the time we make a choice because it's what we know; it's what our family has always done. It's what our peers do, or think or it's been 'that way' for so long that we don't even realize it's a choice we've made.
Small simple changes can make a big difference in our day-to-day mood and well being.
Over time these small changes can benefit you and your family in ways that will delight you.
